The magic happens within our "best-matching" algorithm.
After purchasing a tutoring contingent through a stripe connection, our database registeres a new signup. This triggers our algorithm to match the new customer with the closest (distance matching) and best fitting (personality matching) students.
During the tutoring phase tutors can use our own tracking app for lessons, so we can ensure to keep the invoicing automated.
Parents will soon have their own app to see the childrens progress and mood.

A fully automated online tool that provides us with revenue without doing anything.
We wanted to build something that breaks even quickly and is pure profit afterwards. A tool that converts a YouTube community happily into paying customers.
Planned as a one month project we extend it into a three month development phase to provide customers with more features.
We used heavy users from the Helium Deutschland Discord community as first feedback and changed our pricing and PDF structure afterwards. (The analysis is send as a PDF via Email). With this new structure and attractive discount system we could break even within the first month. After that we automated everything so that this is now a revenue stream without putting in any more work.

Germanys biggest YouTube channel about the crypto currency Helium HNT startet in January 2021 to educate about its technology advantage compared to already used LoRaWAN networks. This funnel served as s kickstart to build cooperations to hardware suppliers all across europe. Together we supplied germany with all necessary hardware.
With this channel we wanted to figure out how to build a community, how to grow global partnerships with factories and distributors and how people behave in a volatile market like the crypto marked. In addition to that we tried to convert our community to use a tool that we developed (AHEAD). This served the purpose to learn how to build a fully automated online service.
